The Hanseatic city of Buxtehude intends to conclude a framework agreement for the procurement and operation of the network infrastructure in 11 schools in the Hanseatic city.

In accordance with the administrative agreement of the federal government and the federal states DigitalPakt Schule 2019-2024 dated May 16, 2019 and the administrative regulations (VV / VV-Gk) to § 44 LHO, the state of Lower Saxony grants grants to expand the digital school education infrastructure.

The Hanseatic City of Buxtehude intends to set up the network infrastructure in the schools as part of the DigitalPact as the sponsor for 11 schools (elementary schools and 5 secondary schools with 5,379 students).

We are looking for an operator who ensures the delivery and installation of the network infrastructure as well as operation within the framework of an operator model.

Operating concept

Hardware:

- controller;

- approx. 107 access switches 24/48 port with accessories;

- Core switches if necessary;

- approx. 376 access points;

Services:

- Creation of a concept for implementation at the respective location;

- Setup, integration and testing of the systems;

- Takeover of the business;

Duration of the operating and service agreement:

- 60 months.
