1.The subject of the contract is the cleaning service of buildings of four courts: the Regional Court in Wrocław, the District Court in Wołów, the District Court in Strzelin and the District Court in Milicz. The subject of the contract is described in detail separately for each court. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract can be found in Annexes 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D to the SWZ corresponding to the four parts of the contract.

2. The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The entire order was divided into four parts:

a) part 1 – cleaning service of the buildings of the Regional Court in Wrocław,

b) part 2 – cleaning service of the buildings of the District Court in Wołów,

c) part 3 – cleaning service of the buildings of the District Court in Strzelin,

d) part 4 – cleaning service of buildings of the District Court in Milicz.

3. Total area of cleaned rooms:

a) Regional Court in Wrocław – 16 227.92 m²

b) District Court in Volovie—2,224.85 m²

c) District Court of Strzelin—1,413,68 m²

d) District Court in Milica-1,009,62 m²

The subject of the first part of the contract is the cleaning service of the buildings of the Regional Court in Wrocław. The total area of the cleaned rooms is 16 227.92 m². A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1A to the SWZ. The draft provisions of the agreement are included in Annex 4A to the SWZ.

The subject of the second part of the contract is the cleaning service of the buildings of the District Court in Wołów. The total area of the cleaned premises of the District Court in Wołów is 2 224.85 m². A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1B to the SWZ. The draft provisions of the agreement can be found in Annex 4B to the SWZ.

The subject of the third part of the contract is the cleaning service of the buildings of the District Court in Strzelin. The total area of the cleaned premises of the District Court in Strzelin is 1 413.68 m². A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1C to the SWZ. The draft provisions of the agreement can be found in Annex 4C to the SWZ.

The subject of the fourth part of the contract is the service of cleaning buildings of the District Court in Milicz. The total area of the cleaned rooms is 1 009.62 m². A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1D to the SWZ. The draft provisions of the agreement can be found in Annex 4D to the SWZ.
