The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in the scope of the implementation of the investment task: “Construction of a penitentiary complex in Chmielowo” with division into parts.

The construction of the penitentiary complex in Chmielowo — Part I — includes:

1) Construction of a multifunctional building (B) together with installations (sanitary, water supply, gray water, gas, central heating and cooling, hot water, mechanical ventilation, electric, low current), equipment, first equipment of the building.

2) Construction of the penitentiary pavilion building (C) together with installations (sanitary, water supply, gray water, gas, central heating, hot water, mechanical ventilation, electric, low current), appliances, first equipment of the building.

3) Construction of a transitional house building (E) together with installations (sanitary, water supply, gray water, gas, central heating, hot water, mechanical ventilation, electric, low current), appliances, first equipment of the building.

4) Construction of the necessary accompanying infrastructure for the construction of the penitentiary complex

in the form of:

a. Construction of all necessary networks between objects of land armament and connections and installations feeding all designed objects into all required utilities, i.e. construction: water pipeline, sanitary sewer, rainwater drainage with stormwater tanks, gray water installation , energy, gas, lighting, low-current (teletechnical, surveillance television, perimeter protection, access control, gate and wicket control), construction of ground heat exchangers, etc.).

b. Construction and reconstruction of the intermediate voltage power line

with the designed construction of a penitentiary complex.

c. Construction of a low voltage power line.

d. Construction of two medium voltage transformer stations 15kV/0.4kV.

e. Construction of a photovoltaic plant located on the roofs of the penitentiary pavilion building and production hall.

f. Construction of transport roads, sidewalks, maneuvering squares, parking, walking squares and movement recreation, green space equipment.

g. Construction of the external fence (two lines of the fence,) along with the entrance gate

and from a control lock allowing entry to the unit and partial reconstruction of the existing external fence and interior fences to remove collisions with designed objects or to connect the newly designed fence

with an existing one.

i. Construction of internal fences, crossing gates, wickets and internal technical-protective safeguards

Construction of the production hall building (D) together with installations (sanitary, water supply, gray water, gas, central heating, hot water, mechanical ventilation, electric, low current), equipment, first equipment of the building.
