3.Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ
4. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
5. A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ
6. The contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in the acquisition and harvesting of wood raw material on the basis of an employment contract
7. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services being the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. These orders will consist in the repetition of services consistent with the services being the subject of this contract and services similar to them in terms of the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of these services will include works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, forest management, seed production, including activities indicated by type in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which result from forest management plans in force in the administrative area of the Skarżysko Forest District or which, in connection with guaranteeing proper forest management, have become necessary to be performed as a result of or in connection with events nature, climate or atmospheric.
8. A detailed description of the standard of the technology for the execution of works included in the contracts referred to in point 7 is included in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of Appendix No. 3.1.
9. The contracts referred to in point 7 will be awarded after a separate public procurement procedure under the single source procurement procedure.
10. The contracts referred to in point 7 will be awarded in the event of a need to increase the material scope of services being the subject of the contract as a result of natural or atmospheric conditions, changes on the timber sales market or entrusting the Contracting Authority with new economic or public tasks, as well as in the event of the inability to select forest service contractors for objective reasons as part of the basic modes of procurement, in order to secure the necessary performance of works and in the case of entrusting the contractor with works constituting a substitute performance in relation to works carried out by another contractor. The basis for awarding the contracts referred to in point 7 will also be the need to perform urgent services, with particular emphasis on works and activities aimed at removing the effects of natural, atmospheric or random events, such as: windbreaks, okiść, pest attack, fire, etc.
11. The place of execution of the orders referred to in point 7 will be the administrative area of the Skarżysko Forest District.
Package 09 - Sadek Forest Ranger1. The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, meadow and agricultural management and forest management to be performed in the Skarżysko Forest District in 2024. Planned start and end date of the contract: 02.01.2024 - 31.12.2024
2. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, meadow and agricultural management and forest management resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. These ranges are estimates.
