"As part of the revitalization of the Huet business park in Doetinchem, an underground fiber optic pipe network has been installed over the entire business park. This network, including WTR, has been given on loan to Stichting Parkmanagement Bedrijventerrein Keppelseweg (SPBK), which acts as operator of the network. In 2021, SPBK indicated that it no longer wanted to act as an operator. The Mayor and Aldermen have decided to publicly sell the fiberglass jacket tube via Tenderned under conditions to be determined. These conditions have been elaborated in the attached draft purchase agreement."
