Arrive, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into overall framework agreements for the area infrastructure. Infrastructure is in this contract divided in 4 areas, and the tenderer is invited to submit tenders for one area or several. It may also be relevant to make use of consultancy services for the requested products. The annual contract value/volume is estimated to 4 000 000 NOK.
