Construction of a mobile X-ray system and execution of the X-ray work for TB exclusion for refugees in accordance with § 36 Abs. 4 and 5 IfSG

The contractor shall construct and operate a mobile X-ray system including software for the purpose of carrying out the TBC exclusion of all refugees and asylum seekers arriving at the emergency shelter (NU) Herne.

In the NU Herne, the operation of a mobile X-ray facility provided by the contractor is to be provided in order to exclude infectious tuberculosis (TBC) from newly arriving refugees.

The NU Herne is an institution of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, whose main tasks include the first medical examination (according to § 62 AsylG) as well as the registration of arriving refugees and asylum seekers. After completion of the examination and registration, the residents can be accommodated in other accommodation facilities in the country.

The contractor shall be the contractor's contractual partner of North Rhine-Westphalia, represented by the district government of Arnsberg.

Start of services: 15.01.2023 - 00:00 o'clock

End of services on 14.07.2023 at 24:00

Extension option:

With a notice period of two months to the end of the respective term, the Client may extend the contract three times by three months each by written declaration to the Contractor. The Client is not obliged to extend the contract.
