The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders divided into 2 parts (tasks) specified in Part XIX of the SWZ - the description of individual parts of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Contractor may submit a bid for one, selected or all (parts) of the task.

1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 1A and 1 B to the SWZ.
2. The terms of performance of the contract are contained in the draft contracts constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ and in these tender specifications. The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contracts and SWZ.
3. In the case of task/part No. 1, the Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the right of option specified in Article 441 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended).

Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the draft contracts set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ and in this specification of the terms of the contract. The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the draft contracts and SWZ.
Required warranty period: min. 24 months from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract.
