The playing area "Hillerfeldmark" in Recklinghausen is to be redesigned. The subject of this procedure is the dismantling of old play equipment, paths and squares and vegetation areas and the construction of new play equipment, paths and squares and vegetation areas in accordance with planning.

The ISEK Hillerheide, which was developed in 2015 on behalf of the city of Recklinghausen and decided by the council, defines the following five lead projects (LP) for the development of the district Hillerheide:

1. “Future concept former trotted track”

2. “Urban integration Blitzkuhlenstraße”

3. “Attractive center Gertrudisplatz”

4. “Neighbourhood Life - Complementing and Networking Existing”

5. “Energetic district renovation”

The aim of the implementation of ISEK Hillerheide is to create a sustainable and future-proof residential area on the former trotting track area and to integrate it as best as possible into the grown Hillerheide district, taking into account the local development and infrastructure, the residents and their usage requirements.

As part of LP4, the existing play areas in the urban redevelopment area are to be renewed.

The subject of this procedure is the conversion of the playing surface Hillerfeldmark.
