The purpose of this consultation is to provide graphic design services, graphic execution, monitoring of the production of communication media and advice around these different areas on behalf of SPL Destination Rennes, in its various activities relating to leisure tourism, professional meetings, Economic promotion, its eco-responsible commitment and attractiveness in general. *In the context of this procedure, the contracting authority shall put in place a single-award framework agreement under Article L2125-1 1° of the CCP.In accordance with Articles R2162-2 paragraph 2 and R2162-3 of the CCP and the following articles applicable to such contracts, its purpose is to establish all the contractual stipulations governing the services and will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. For services consistent with its purpose but not included in the initial documents, it may also be the subject of subsequent contracts, the amount of which is included in the maximum amount of the framework agreement. *the framework agreement runs from its notification for a period of 1 year.The framework agreement may be renewed 3 times, in successive periods of 1 year.The renewal is considered accepted if no written decision to the contrary is taken by the contracting authority at least 5 months before the end of the current period. *the delivery time for the unit services will be fixed in each order form. *in case of need of travel, the services of this framework agreement will take place at the buyer's head office located 28, boulevard du Colombier, 35000 RENNES. They may also take place on the territory of the Rennes metropolitan area.
