This contract concerns the services of an energy monitoring software package and energy audits of buildings through:

- the provision and hosting of the IT solution (expert software) and the provision of the service with secure and differentiated access to unions and communities;

- implementation support services: installation with data transfer, configuration, user training, assistance;

- maintenance of the solution during the term of the contract;

- integration of consumption, billing or asset data;

- integration of data on the characteristics of buildings audited or having been audited within the framework of the previous contract;

- assistance during the operational phase;

- carrying out an energy audit, tertiary decree or not, and their incrementation in the tool.

Thermal audits of buildings in the group's communities (implementation and integration by the holder).

Thermal audits of buildings in the group's communities (implementation and integration by the SDEs), in particular through the provision by the Holder of a building software tool.

Training of users in monitoring software and auditing software.
