The item of the order consists of 2 parts:
Lot No. 1 of the order:
Reception and development of municipal waste from the territory of the commune Tomaszów Mazowiecki in the year 2022
The scope and method of execution of the object of the contract shall be defined (Annex 7a to the SIVZ) — Description of the object of the contract (OPZ) and the relevant provisions of the contract constituting (Annex No 4a to the SIWZ).
Lot 2 of the order:
Establishment and conduct of the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and collection
and the development of municipal waste provided selectively by property owners
from the territory of the commune Tomaszów Mazowiecki in the year 2022
The scope and method of execution of the object of the contract shall be defined (Annex No 7b to the SIVZ) — Description of the object of the contract (OPZ) and the relevant provisions of the contract constituting (Annex No 4b to the SIWZ).
