The order includes the overall technical equipment planning services according to § 53 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with plant 15 - ELT/HLS, ALG 1-8, LPH 1-9 for the extension and renovation of the high school in Höchstadt.

The district of Erlangen-Höchstadt intends to expand and rehabilitate existing parts of the building at Höchstadt an der Aisch grammar school. The inventory plans can be taken from the assets. An initial consultation with the government determined an additional space requirement of approximately 1,800 m². This essentially involves the areas of additional classrooms and the associated areas for learning workshops, forums, group and differentiation rooms, learning landscapes etc. due to the reintroduction of the G9. The government of Middle Franconia determined a need for an additional 25 classrooms. The specific number of classrooms to be created or missing depends on how existing buildings will be dealted in the future. The actual use of existing space in the inventory in the future can also have an impact on the number of classrooms required (e.g. rededicating specialist rooms to classrooms). The entire services of the service phases 1-9 are to be provided for the project in accordance with HOAI. It is imperative to note that funding should be applied for the measure. In addition to the usual support under Art. 10 FAG for school building measures, additional funding is expected in the present case due to the additional effort arising from the reintroduction of the G9 according to the principles of the principle of connection. Applications for school approval and funding according to Art. 10 FAG as well as for cost compensation according to the principle of connexity in view of the reintroduction of the G9 must be submitted to the government of Middle Franconia in 2022.
