The project is part of the general context of the expansion of the gauge of the main room of the Smac Laiterie, made possible by the relocation of its small room (known as the "Club"), nearby. The current operation consists of relocating the Club to the current premises of Espace K (formerly the Hall des Chars), located opposite the Dairy. The building, of the industrial hall type, is composed of 2 sub-spaces of almost identical surfaces: on the one hand the "Cabinet of Curiosities" (space for exhibitions, readings, rehearsals?), intended for the relocation of the Club (audience approx. 300 people), and on the other hand, a performance hall with bleachers, dressing rooms and toilets, which will be redeveloped to accommodate the new Espace K, by maintaining its cultural activities, while improving its reception conditions
