The purpose of this framework agreement concerns inbound and outbound fixed voice services to France Métropolitaine, DOM/TOM and internationally.

The services covered by this framework agreement are telephone calls and subscriptions to the Public Network. The services, which are the subject of this framework agreement, consist of:

- the provision of a voice access infrastructure,

- the provision of related subscriptions (access links, SDAs, etc.),

- the routing of incoming traffic on each subscription,

- the routing of outgoing telephone calls to all fixed and mobile destinations, national and international.

The services are described in the Technical Clauses Book (CLA).
