Scope of procurement
The procurement is for consultancy support including license supply for the Qlik Sense decision support system. Qlear MyInsight (dashboard) or equivalent shall also be provided. At present, the City of Landskrona has 498 Qlik Sense Analyzer Users and 32 Qlik Sense Professional Users. The number of users may change over time.
The volume is approximately SEK 850,000 per year. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs does not provide any guarantee for the applicable scope during the contract period, but the scope may change during this period.
The maximum volume for the framework agreement is SEK 6,000,000. When purchases on this agreement have reached the maximum volume, the agreement will cease to apply and a new procurement will be carried out. The maximum volume should not be confused with the estimated scope of the procurement.
Qlik Sense and Qlear MyInsight (dashboard) are designed to communicate with all of UM's systems. The systems to be managed are specified in point 4.3. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to obtain, at its own expense, knowledge of the various computer systems in the City of Landskrona.
The contract period is one (1) year with the possibility to extend up to three (3) years with one (1) year at a time. The earliest start date for the agreement is 2024-05-22.The start date for the agreement may be postponed in the event of a review and in the event of events that the Ministry for Foreign Affairs could not reasonably have foreseen. The total contract period will remain unchanged.
