The object of this contract is the integral maintenance service of the buildings that house various judicial bodies attached to the Principality of Asturias, developing the preventive, corrective, regulatory, conductive and modifying maintenance works necessary to preserve the buildings object of the same in adequate conditions of hygiene, health, safety and comfort for users.
