The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited properties from the commune of Oława.

1. The subject of the contract includes, among others: collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate from the Oława commune to the regional municipal waste treatment installation in Gać (Zakład Gospodarowania Odpadami GAĆ Spółka z oo, Gać 90, 55-200 Oława ), in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 800), provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution XXIX / 934/16 Lower Silesian Regional Assembly, Current Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Oława. The municipal waste collection system also includes municipal waste arising from business operations, with the exception of cemeteries.
