The subject of the contract is the provision of rescue supervision services at swimming pools in the Inflancka Centre, Moczydło Centre, Polonia Centre, Grzybowska Centre and Rozbrat Centre in Warsaw.
The subject of the contract is divided by the Ordering Party into five parts.
Task No. 1: The service of providing rescue supervision at the swimming pool located in the Inflancka Centre facility at 8 Inflancka Street in WarsawThe subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive rescue supervision service over people using the swimming pool in the Inflancka Centre facility at 8 Inflancka Street in Warsaw in accordance with the lifeguards' work procedure. The expected total number of rescue hours during the order processing period is a maximum of 18,802 hours.
Task No. 2: The service of providing rescue supervision at the swimming pool located in the Moczydło Centre facility at 69/73 Górczewska Street in WarsawThe subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive rescue supervision service over people using the swimming pool in the Moczydło Centre facility at 69/73 Górczewska Street in Warsaw in accordance with the lifeguards' work procedure. The expected total number of rescue hours during the order completion period is a maximum of 9,200 hours.
Task No. 3: The service of providing rescue supervision at the swimming pool located in the Polonia Centre facility at 6 Konwiktorska Street in WarsawThe subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive rescue supervision service over people using the swimming pool in the Polonia Centre facility at Konwiktorska 6 Street in Warsaw in accordance with the procedure of lifeguards. The expected total number of rescue hours during the order completion period is a maximum of 9,866 hours.
Task No. 4: The service of providing rescue supervision at the swimming pool located in the Rozbrat - Jutrzenka Centre at 26 Rozbrat Street in WarsawThe subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive rescue supervision service over people using the swimming pool in the Rozbrat - Jutrzenka Centre at 26 Rozbrat Street in Warsaw in accordance with the procedure of lifeguards. The expected total number of rescue hours during the order completion period is a maximum of 1,032 hours.
Task No. 5: The service of providing rescue supervision at the swimming pool located in the Grzybowska Centre at 35A Grzybowska Street in WarsawThe subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive rescue supervision service over people using the swimming pool in the Grzybowska Centre facility at 35A Grzybowska Street in Warsaw in accordance with the lifeguards' work procedure. The expected total number of rescue hours during the order completion period is a maximum of 1,349 hours.
