A new district base is being planned on the Am Wasserwerk 21 property, completed by areas for repairs and material storage. Storage areas and workshop buildings for road maintenance are also planned there. It is intended to award the service phases (Lph) 2 to 9 in whole or in part as well as special services in accordance with § 55 HOAI.
