Compulsory collective contract (except for legal derogations) called "responsible", it applies to all employees regardless of their status. The employer's minimum coverage is defined by agreement. The coverage is currently 100% by the employer. It is expected for lot no. 1 a Mandatory PSE concerning the Over-Complementary Health: optional collective contract, all employees regardless of their status can subscribe, this contract is 100% borne by the employees. All services are described in the Special Technical Clauses

Non-executive pension provision: mandatory collective contract, it applies to all employees and assimilated employees who do not fall under Article 2.1 of the ANI of 17 November 2017 relating to executive pension provision (former non-Article 4 of the CCN AGIRC), regardless of their remuneration. The employer's minimum coverage is defined by agreement. The coverage is currently 60% by the employer. Executive pension provision: mandatory collective contract, it applies to all employees and assimilated employees covered by Article 2.1 of the ANI of 17 November 2017 on executive pension provision (former non-Article 4 of the CCN AGIRC), regardless of their remuneration. The employer's minimum coverage is defined by agreement. The coverage is currently 60% by the employer. This consultation is launched with an imposed variant. The variant imposed by the buyer concerns the transition to the Syntec Branch and will be described in the Special Technical Clauses Book.
