This contract concerns the conclusion of a contract for organisational and management services
ministerial events in the framework of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union of
1 January to 30 June 2024 on behalf of Wallonie-Bruxelles International, administration in
in charge of the international relations of Wallonia and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. Power
contracting authority is looking for a service provider "Professional Congress Organiser" (hereinafter referred to as "PCO").
The contract consists of 5 lots that can be awarded separately. Bidders may
respond to one, several or all lots.
