The subject of the contract should also be made on the basis of the price form (Appendix No. 2, 2a, 2b, 2c to the Terms of Reference separate for each part of the contract).
The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the conditions described in the above Annexes.
A detailed description of the terms of the contract shall also include the proposed provisions of the future contract.
