The objective and scope of the contract:

The competition is for a contract for the delivery of an electronic case/archive system with support/maintenance. This means a complete system for the municipalities and it shall ensure that daily operations function as optimally as possible. Companies that the participants have ownership interests in shall also be able to use the system without extra cost.

There will be a strong focus on efficient work processes in the municipalities and a new case/archive system shall support this. The system shall therefore have a close integration between the administrative systems and not at least the professional systems in the municipalities, in such a way that double registrations and unnecessary work processes are eliminated.

The contracting authority expects the new system to be commissioned 1.6.2019 for all participants, but the contracting authority shall reserve the right to decide when the different parts of the system shall be taken into use. The implementation and use be agreed with the new supplier.
