This open call for tenders concerns a set of intellectual services constituting the scheduling - piloting - coordination mission, to be carried out at the stages of the studies (from the APS mission and throughout the duration of the latter), the realization, the the reception, of the lifting of the last of the reservations, in view of the construction work of the 600-space silo car park within the Haguenau station hub.

Procedure: open call for tenders, in accordance with articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2162-5 of the public procurement code. This contract is not part of a project / program financed by Community funds.
The purpose of this call for tenders is to entrust the service provider with an OPC mission as part of the operation to build a 600-space multi-storey car park within the Haguenau station hub.
The car park will be on four levels, of the largely ventilated type, including the last level in the open air and covered with shades of photovoltaic panels. A footbridge between level 2 of the car park and the neighborhood pass will be created. This operation also includes the exterior fittings around the building.
Soil pollution studies, geotechnical studies (G1, G2 AVP, G2 Pro and G4) and an archaeological diagnosis will be carried out on the site in spring 2021.
The share of the provisional financial envelope allocated to the work by the contracting authority amounts to EUR 7,900,000, excluding special foundations and decontamination work, plus VAT.
The works will be carried out surrounded by occupied sites and within a multimodal hub. Throughout the duration of the works, particular care will be taken with regard to the management of flows and the separation of work areas, allowing the continuity of operation of the pole.
