The subject of the order is the delivery of petroleum products in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer contained in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 2 A, B, C to the ToR, and in accordance with the list set out in Chapter III paragraph 1 SIWZ, with the amounts included in the option in the table in the "quantity in option" column may be used after realization of the basic quantities included in the "basic quantity" column in the event of the Purchaser's needs in this respect. Employer in tasks 1, 3, 4 allows solutions equivalent to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 30 paragraph 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the Public Procurement Law. The Contractor referring to these solutions is obliged to demonstrate in the offer that the supplies he offers meet all the requirements specified by the Employer.

The subject of the order is the supply of synthetic turbine aviation oil of 5 mm viscosity 2 / s (e.g. Aeroshell Turbine Oil 500 or equivalent), in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer included in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 2A to the ToR in the amount of 1,000 kg (basic quantity 700 kg, quantity in the option 300 kg) .

The subject of the order is the supply of oil for hydraulic support in steering systems, in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer contained in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 2B to the ToR in the amount of 13 610 kg (basic quantity 10,000 kg, quantity in option 3 610 kg ).

The subject of the contract is the supply of oil for high-speed marine engines (e.g. Marinol MW-50 or equivalent), in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 2A to the ToR in the amount of 12,000 kg (basic quantity 9,000 kg, quantity in option 3 000 kg).

The subject of the contract is the supply of hydraulic oil (e.g. Neste Hydrauli 28 Arctic or equivalent), in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Ordering Party included in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 2B to the ToR in the amount of 10,000 kg (basic quantity 7,500 kg, quantity in option 2,500 kg).

The subject of the order is the supply of mineral hydraulic oil for medium-load type 32 hydraulic drive and control systems (corresponds to ISO VG 32 class), in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 2C to the ToR in the amount of 4,230 kg ( basic quantity 2,400 kg, optional quantity 1,830 kg).

The subject of the order is the supply of mineral hydraulic oil for medium-duty type 46 hydraulic drive and control systems (corresponds to ISO VG class 46), in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 2C to the ToR in the amount of 13,814 kg ( basic quantity 9,000 kg, quantity in option 4,814 kg).

The subject of the order is the supply of L-HV-46 hydraulic oil, in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer included in the "Description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex 2C to the ToR in the amount of 20,000 kg (basic quantity 14,000 kg, quantity in option 6,000 kg ).
