Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH (LWB) is conducting a negotiated procedure with a prior participation competition for the award of framework contracts for the expansion of vacant apartments in LWB's building stock in Leipzig. Up to 25 companies are to be bound as framework contract partners, who will be active in the expansion of vacant apartments, in particular in the trades of painters, floor layers, plumbing, heating, tilers and electricians, as well as with regard to various ancillary services (dismantling, disposal, bricklayers, drywall, locksmiths, cleaning). The apartments are distributed in the area of the city of Leipzig.

LWF intends to award a framework agreement with several companies for the expansion of vacant apartments.

Empty apartment fittings are characterised by the fact that several trades have to be carried out regularly per apartment with varying intensity. In addition, there are several types of empty apartments (old building, industrial construction) and the apartments are distributed within the Leipzig city area (south, east, north, west). The individual assignment requires short-term action by the LWB, as the vacant apartments are only available for a short time for the execution of the order. The practice of recent years has shown that special criteria can be set up for each apartment, according to which the selection of the specific service provider can be made. These are, in particular, the type of dwelling (old building/industrial construction), the most intensive trade and the location in the urban area. In addition, the capacities of the requested framework contract partners usually decide on the commissioning. This system of selecting specific contractors is to be maintained.
