This contract is divided into three batches:

— lot 1 fixed phone analog lines (pre & post PSTN) and related services;

— lot 2 site interconnection & internet access, SIP telephony and related services;

— lot 3 mobility (subscriptions & equipment) and associated services the contracting authority recourses to conclude a framework agreement with a single economic operator with only a maximum in value according to the articles: L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 and R. 2162-4. 2º, of the Public Order Code.

The framework agreement fixing all contractual stipulations is executed as the purchase orders are issued pursuant to Articles R. 2162- 13 and R. 2162-14 of the same Code. The maximum annual amounts excluding taxes for each lot shall be fixed respectively at:

— lot no. 1 maximum amount: 100 000 EUR excl. VAT,

— lot no. 2 maximum amount: 150 000 EUR excl. VAT,

— lot no. 3 maximum amount: 80 000 EUR excl. VAT.

Mobility (subscriptions & equipment) and associated services the description of the services and their specifications are described and must be executed according to the provisions laid down in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).
