The subject of the tender is the award of subcontractor services in the regular service operated by DVG as the main contractor and licence holder in accordance with § 42 PBefG in local road public transport (ÖPNV).
The start of operations must take place on 01.11.2023. The operation ends on 31.10.2028. DVG has the two-time unilateral option of extending the contract by one year each, which can be exercised in writing until 31.01.2028 and 31.01.2029 respectively.
The scope of services of the tendered transports on which the subsequent offer is based results from the tender documents.
