This contract is a service contract within the meaning of article 2, 21° of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.

This contract is a framework agreement within the meaning of Article 2, 35° of the aforementioned law.

This framework agreement is composed of two lots:

* Lot 1: Maintenance and development of gardens and surroundings of housing with reduced access, clearing of gardens and carrying out excavations.

* Lot 2: Clearing of buildings, provision and transport of containers, inspection, cleaning, disinfection, disinsection and deratization of housing

The various contracts to be awarded under the framework agreement will cover the services and supplies described in the technical regulations.
