1. The subject of the contract will be divided into the following PARTS:

1) PART I – supply of peat to the Mielno Nursery Farm in 2023,

2) PART II – delivery of agroperlite to the Mielno Nursery Farm in 2023.

2. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the principles of modern knowledge, applicable regulations and with respect for the principles of occupational health and safety.

The subject of the contract under PART I includes the sale and delivery of peat in the amount of 8000 m3 to Gospodarstwa Szkółkarski Mielno, 14-107 Gierzwałd, Mielno 164, under the following conditions:

1) mandatory peat parameters:

(a) high peat (sphagnum) with a decomposition of up to 15%,

b) sorted (fractionated) 0-20 mm,

c) organic matter content 85-100%,

d) volume density 50-150 kg/m3,

(e) overall porosity 85-95% by volume,

f) water content 60-80% by volume at 10 cm H20,

g) air content 15-30% volume at 10 cm H20,

(h) pH in water below 5,0 fixed for the whole supply,

(i) salinity up to 0.12 mS/cm,

j) humidity up to 65%,

2) peat parameters unacceptable:

(a) differences above 0,5 pH between the different lots of delivery,

(b) Content:

- woolen,

- fraction >20 mm,

- roots,

- other impurities

in a quantity exceeding 0,5% of the volume of the peat offered,

c) the presence of harmful organisms (fungi, bacteria, nematodes, weed seeds,

3) preferred distribution of peat fractions:

a) < 1,0 mm — max 35%,

(b) 1.1 — 5,0 mm — 40 — 50%,

c) 5.1 — 20.00 mm — max 25%.

4) the contractor shall deliver peat in Big Bal or similar packages ≥ 4 m3, on pallets,

5) the delivery of peat will take place at the contractor's own efforts and at the expense of the contractor, the costs and risks of transport, packaging and insurance for the time of transport shall be borne by the contractor,

6) deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 14:00,

7) the contractor will be obliged to provide the contracting authority with the source of the supplied peat (country, name, location of the mine and deposit data) in connection with the obligation to notify to the Voivodship Inspectorate for Plant Protection and Seeds,

8) the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with each transport of peat with the original consignment note together with the original stamps; if there is no consignment note at the place of loading, peat will not be unloaded from the means of transport,

9) the Ordering Party shall ensure unloading of the delivered peat at its own expense,

10) before signing the contract, the selected contractor will be obliged to provide the results of the analysis of the offered peat issued by an independent entity, confirming compliance with the requirements set out above, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter XXI point 2 SWZ.

The subject of the contract under PART II includes the sale and delivery of expanded agroperlite in the amount of 900 m3 to the Nursery Farm Mielno, 14-107 Gierzwałd, Mielno 164, under the following conditions:

1) granulation in the range of 3-6 mm, a fraction below 3 mm or above 6 mm in a total quantity of not more than 5% is allowed,

2) bulk weight up to 130 kg/m3,

3) packing method – bags with a capacity of min. 100 liters,

4) the delivery of agroperlite will take place at the contractor's own efforts and at the expense of the contractor,

5) all required transport documents shall be drawn up by the contractor,

6) the delivery of agroperlite will take place at the contractor's own efforts and at the expense of the contractor, the costs and risks of transport, packaging and insurance for the time of transport shall be borne by the contractor,

7) deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 14:00,

8) The Ordering Party shall ensure unloading of the supplied agroperlite at its own expense.
