Comment:

This contract covers a complete project author's mission (including the building survey for the part that would no longer be in our possession following the floods of July 2021). The contract covers the renovation of the swimming pool, the replacement of the finish of the large pool, the replacement of the small pool, a new configuration of the changing rooms and accesses, the cafeteria, the replacement of the machinery, the modification of the heating installation, the upgrading of the electrical installations, the restoration of the sanitary installation, the creation of a PRM ramp, a protected bicycle/pedestrian path, parking spaces, a bicycle/motorcycle shelter and the repair of parking, the redevelopment of all surroundings.

The project author will also ensure the mission of coordination of the various stakeholders listed below and the external stakeholders necessary to carry out the mission entrusted to him (applicants, infrasport, ...)

Interior:

- Strict application of the Royal Decree of 13/06/2013 on swimming pools;

- Total rehabilitation of the large basin;

- Demolition and reconstruction of a small basin with a mobile bottom;

- Replacement of water treatment circuits;

- Replacement of the filtration system;

- Creation of a second buffer tray;

- Modification of the heating system;

- Replacement of machinery that has not been included in the audit;

- New configuration of the main entrance by making it more user-friendly;

- New configuration of common and individual changing rooms, including communal showers;

- Repair and improvement of the sanitary installation;

- Revision and upgrading of electrical installations;

- Realization of an indoor PRM access to the cafeteria;

- Redevelopment of the cafeteria;

Outdoor:

- Construction of a PRM access ramp from the public roads to the complex below;

- Creation of a bicycle path - safe pedestrian in the access ramp;

- Creation of a covered bicycle/motorcycle parking;

- Refurbishment of all car parks and creation of additional parking spaces;

- Redevelopment of the accesses and surroundings of the cafeteria, as well as the surroundings of the building;

Coordination between project authors:

Tenderers are informed that a study mission contract relating to the energy renovation of the Embourg sports complex (swimming pool and sports hall) was awarded prior to these terms and conditions.

The project authors designated under the various contracts will have to coordinate their studies, share the information they consider relevant, consult each other for the drafting of the work specifications relating to their missions and organize the sites.
