This public procurement procedure aims to contract a contractor to the Noord-Veluwe Environment Service for the performance of monitoring and enforcement in relation to environmentally related implementation tasks.

ODNV transfers a number of checks to the contractor annually by email and prepared in the VTH system. On an annual basis, it concerns about 350 checks (of which some 290 full checks and 60 re-checks). Moving insight can change the ratio of integral checks and re-checks over the years, capacity will remain comparable.

For this purpose, the contractor employs employees who comply with the requirements set out in this tender.

The objectives of this Agreement are:

1 That all checks outsourced to the Contractor are carried out in a timely and qualitative manner are transferred to ODNV in a timely manner for administrative handling;

2 That the contractor understands and defends ODNV's interests, proactively thinks and is flexible.

The annual turnover associated with this contract is approximately €90,000. No rights can be derived from this amount. This turnover is an indication and is based on the turnover of recent years.

The agreement has a term of two years. Subsequently, the agreement can be renewed twice for one year.

The Environmental Permits to hire employees operate at the OVIJ location and carry out regular work as additional capacity, under the direct supervision of the client. One contractor is selected to enter into an agreement with. The expected annual hours is approximately 1450 hours.

The annual turnover associated with this contract amounts to approximately €175,000-€ 200,000. No rights can be derived from this amount. This turnover is an indication and is based on the turnover of recent years.

The agreement will be entered into with one contractor and will last two years. Subsequently, the agreement can be renewed twice for one year.
