1. The delivery includes the purchase of a set of furniture, which consists of:

(a) chairs, stools, office chairs;

(b) office tables and modules;

(c) cabinets, racks, storage systems, containers, modules;

(d) additional elements;

e) cyclorama, greenbox with storage function.

The scope of the order also includes transport of furniture, setting/assembly

in the prototype shop at 8 Szyperska Street in Poznań.

Alternative place of delivery (due to ongoing construction work

in the prototype room) may be a UAP warehouse in Robakowo, 18 Firmowa Street.

2. Other terms of the contract are specified in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annexes No. 2 to the SWZ and in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
