The object of the contract is the execution of the works as defined by the plan (s) filed, the attached bill of quantities and the various documents of the reference market.
Track and signaling works.
It includes, in main order:
- the removal of rails, tracks, switches,
- earthworks,
- laying the foundation of tracks,
- the laying of rails, tracks, switchgear,
- the realization of aluminothermic welds,
- the adjustment of the constraints,
- tamping, leveling & straightening of tracks and switches,
- the removal and installation of cable channels,
- logistics services,
- transport & evacuation of spoil and various materials,
- adaptation of the track layout,
- the removal and installation of signaling equipment,
- excavation work,
- concrete work (with supplies),
- miscellaneous work.
Catenary work (non-exhaustive list).
It includes, in main order:
- carrying out studies and sizing of metal equipment and catenary tilting necessary for the execution of the works;
- excavation work;
- work to reinforce foundation blocks (with supplies);
- 300 mm feeder cable laying work
- work to install anchor posts (with supplies);
- work to install two-guy consoles (with supplies);
- installation or replacement work of tensioning devices, switches;
- equipment work to support switches (ladders, platforms);
- catenary unwinding work with installation of metal equipment;
- work to carry out anchors, assembly of insulators, connections;
- tilting modification work;
- catenary shifting work;
- work to remove electrical disconnections and insulators;
- work to remove consoles with two stays, tensioning devices, switches with removal of metal equipment;
- work to remove overhead lines, anchors, connections and metal equipment
- personnel and logistics services;
- miscellaneous work.
Various ECFM work for turnout heating (VCAW).
It includes, in main order:
- the removal of cables,
- removal of existing transformers and junction boxes,
- the removal of gutters that have become unnecessary or damaged,
- the transport of all these materials to the location indicated by the managing official,
- the installation of the necessary or replaced channels,
- cable pulling.
Civil engineering work.
It includes, in main order:
- the demolition of the deck, abutments and wing walls of the overpass located at 42,810 km;
- the reshaping of the slopes to the right of the abutments and wing walls;
- the demolition of road surfaces (roads and sidewalks) in the work area as well as securing the road to the right of the structure to be demolished.
