Direct physical protection service provided by specialized armed protection formations (SUFO) in units and institutions supplied by the 43rd Military Economic Branch

The subject of the contract is the service of direct physical protection carried out by specialized armed protection formations (SUFO) in units and institutions supplied by the 43rd Military Economic Branch in Świętoszów.

2The contractor must have appropriately trained personnel and technical facilities to guarantee the proper performance of the service:

qualified physical security employee;

holding the identity card of a person admitted to possess weapons;

authorized by the head of the organizational unit to access classified information with the clause "RESTRICTED or personal security clearances authorizing access to classified information with clauses min. RESTRICTED together with a certificate of training

in the field of protection of classified information;

has a Classified Information Protection Officer

A detailed description of the subject of the contract will be provided to contractors invited to Tender.

The contracting authority does not allow subcontracting. The Contracting Authority reserves that due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, part or all of the contract may not be entrusted to subcontractors. It is important for the Contracting Authority that the contract is signed with one Contractor who will be responsible for all security staff.

The subject of the contract is divided into 3 tasks.

Task No. 1 – military units and institutions located in the city of Żagań

Task No. 2 – military units and institutions located in Bolesławiec

Task No. 3 – military units and institutions located in Głogów

The subject of this contract will be implemented in two stages from 30.11.2023 at 12.00 to 31.12.2024 at 24.00, namely:

a) The first stage of the contract: from 30.11.2023 at 12.00 to 31.12.2023 at 24.00

b) Second stage of the contract: from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 at 24.00
