The contract has as its object, in a synthetic way, the supply of sim cards and mobile telephony services for the data collection system to be installed on smart metering devices in order to automate the reading of water meter consumption, improve operational efficiency in monitoring consumption, reduce costs associated with manual readings and provide a diagnostic / preventive messaging service to users, all as better specified in the Special Descriptive and Performance Specifications (CSA), an integral and substantial part of this announcement and of the Tender Regulations.
