The Council is seeking applications to be admitted to a new dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the supply and delivery of food and drink to the Council. The DPS will be in place for 5 years with an approximate spend of 45 000 000 GBP and will be the main procurement vehicle for the Council’s food and drink requirements for schools, adult and children’s services and leisure, retail and hospitality functions and North Lincolnshire Council's Catering Team. The DPS is divided into product lots:

Lot 1: Ambient and Chilled Goods (including fresh milk), Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, Fresh Bread;

Lot 2: Frozen Foods;

Lot 3: Combined — Ambient and Chilled Goods (including fresh milk), Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, Fresh Bread and Frozen Foods;

Lot 4: Butchery (Fresh and Frozen Meat);

Lot 5: Alcoholic and Soft Drinks;

Lot 6: Prepared Sandwiches;

Lot 7: Speciality Products.

The supply and delivery of Alcoholic and Soft Drinks to leisure, retail and hospitality functions. Est. lot Value 120 000 GBP per annum.

The supply and delivery of Prepared Sandwiches to schools, adult and children’s services and leisure, retail and hospitality functions and North Lincolnshire Council's Catering Team. Est. lot Value 80 000 GBP per annum.

The supply and delivery of Speciality Products to schools, adult and children’s services and leisure, retail and hospitality functions in the East Riding. Product types typically falling within this lot are:

— fresh bakery products,

— specialist confectionary and desserts, ice-cream and ice based drinks,

— fresh fish and seafood,

— organic produce,

— special diet products,

— specialist delicatessen and butchery,

— cultural specialities,

— innovative food concepts.
