The Authority wishes to invite entities to tender on a design, build, finance, operate and maintain basis for the M11 Gorey to Enniscorthy PPP Scheme (the “PPP Project”). The proposed M11 Gorey to Enniscorthy Motorway comprises the construction of three new sections of road namely sections of the M11, N30 and an N80 link. More particularly it is envisaged that the PPP Project will comprise works of approximately 26km of mainline to motorway standard (M11 route), 4km of dual carriageway (N80 Link Road) and 8km of single carriageway (Enniscorthy N30 route).
