The call for tenders applies to the construction of a new Refstad school in Økern, Torgvei 40, Oslo.

A new school will be built in the terrain with a school yard also on the roofs. The school is a four parallel the primary school of approx. 10 700 m2 over two floors. The school shall not include areas for physical education.

The vegetation at the school site shall be preserved. See ‘marksikringsplan’ (‘the terrain preserving plan’).

The school must be completed by November 2023.
