The Council intends to let a new multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of printing services. Contracts let within the Framework Agreement will be for a range of materials from letterheads and single page leaflets up to large multi-page brochures.

The Corn Exchange Brochure will be an A5 40pp portrait booklet. We require 45,000 copies.

We require 10 pads x 100 agreements x 2 copies of the Sports Centre Membership Agreement Pads.

We require 50 000 DL 12pp for the Hunstanton Mini Guide.

We require 25 000 40pp + 4pp cover A4 portrait booklets for the West Norfolk Holiday Guide.

We require 200 000 28pp DL West Norfolk Where to Go and What to Do.

We require 12 000 A5 8pp self-cover booklet for the Alive Leisure Half Term Brochures.

We require 120 000 ballot papers split between 42 wards. We also require 5,000 tendered ballots papers split between the 42 wards. The width must be 170mm. The length must be 25mm for the header plus 25mm for each candidate. The number of candidates may vary between 3 and 12. (For tender purposes, assume 6 candidates for each ward). The number of papers per ward varies between 1 000 and 6 500.

We require 30,000 210 x 105mm 6pp for the Oasis Seasonal Leaflet. These will be split into 3 sorts. The only change is a small code printed in black on a white background as part of a voucher included in the artwork.
