The purpose of this contract is the appointment of a project author for the study and construction of a reception and community life house hosting, in addition to common, technical and office areas, 14 housing units of different types (see program) as well as 4 emergency or transit housing on a site at the corner of Rue de Roucourt 81/83/85 and Ruelle Prud'Homme in Péruwelz.

This is a complete mission of study and monitoring of the execution of the works which includes all the ordinary services incumbent on the architect, including services in the field of architecture, stability, infrastructure (sewers, etc.), acoustics, special techniques (heating, ventilation, electricity, lighting, fire safety and intrusion), EPB (energy performance of buildings), the development of the surroundings, PRM accessibility, obligations related to decrees relating to soil management and remediation and waste, obligations related to fire, etc.
