The Real Estate Management Department of the FB and the Projects and Execution departments of the RIB intend to conclude Framework Agreements with three parties for Architectural Projects, on demand and partly at fixed costs and fixed hourly rates.
In addition, the Real Estate Management department of the FB and the Projects and Execution departments of the RIB intend to conclude a Framework Agreement with one party for the provision of services in connection with calamities and malfunctions Architectural Maintenance for GVB real estate (commissioned by FB) and public transport real estate (on behalf of RIB).
