The work input of technical work is acquired as an additional resource for the company's own personnel according to needs in the following areas:

4. Civil works

5. Painting work

Within the subdivision, all requested offered.

The reported hours are estimates of the average work input requirement in each area. The Customer does not commit to pre-announced amounts. The client determines whether it is necessary to order supervisory input. The main need for work input in the Päijät-Häme Central Hospital property is more continuous, but also short-term. Work input in accordance with the agreement can also be ordered for other units and facilities located in the wellbeing services county of Päijät-Häme.

The contract or agreements will be concluded for a four-year contract period. The Agreement may be terminated no earlier than two (2) years after the commencement of the Agreement with six (6) months' notice.
