The subject of the invitation to tender is planning services in the performance area § 43 HOAI and subordinate §§ 51, 55 HOAI.

The decommissioning of the KA Laucha is planned in response to the greatly reduced discharges and freights. The KA Karsdorf is able to receive and clean the sewage of the area Laucha-Bad Bibra with the current water-legal approval without technical extensions. The following technical measures must be planned for the implementation of this measure, taking into account sustainable and economic solutions:

- Decommissioning KA Laucha / Construction of a transfer pumping station (with machine technology)

At the location KA Laucha

- 7.8 km New construction and change of direction of the VBL from KA Laucha to the pumping station PW 7 (Tröbsdorf).

Incl. Adaptation of pumping stations with mechanical engineering and securing of existing pipes

- 4.9 km new construction of a connecting line from pumping station PW 7 (Tröbsdorf) to KA Karsdorf - conversion of max. 5 pumping stations.

The contracting authority expects investment costs of EUR 5.4 million gross (sewer system, structures, pumping stations, additional measures).

It is intended to apply for funding for the project. The approvable documents (LPH 4) must be handed over to the AG on April 30, 2020. The in II.2.7. specified term refers to this date.

For all services to be provided, the planning principles of the AZV Unstrut-Finne are to be observed, these become part of the contract.

The awarding authority / client expects that in the case of an assignment the offered project team will be available immediately and in full to ensure the scheduling. If necessary, an increase in the strength of the team must be secured / made possible to ensure that deadlines are met.
