The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 resulting from the initial processing and fragmentation of bulky waste with the code 20 03 07 in Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. in Bielsko-Biała.The contractor is obliged to have the current environmental decisions required by law to conduct activities in the field of waste processing

with the code 19 12 12, referred to in art. 27, section 2, point 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).

The offered waste management method must comply with the applicable law, in particular the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699).

The Contractor is obliged to have current environmental decisions required by law to conduct waste processing activities

with the code 19 12 12, referred to in art. 27, section 2, point 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).

The offered waste management method must comply with the applicable

in this respect, the provisions of law, in particular the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699).

The Contractor will be obliged to provide the final process of recovery or disposal of the collected waste and the name, address and BDO registration number of the installation in which the waste was managed by 5 July 2023. and within 5 days after the last collection of waste.

The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be 3,000 Mg, subject to the possibility of transferring a smaller amount during the term of the contract, but not less than 1,000 Mg.

Loading of waste with the code 19 12 12 resulting from the initial processing and fragmentation of bulky waste will be carried out by the Ordering Party.

Collection of waste with the code 19 12 12 will be carried out by the Contractor's transport from the Ordering Party's headquarters from Monday to Friday from 600 to 1300,

in quantities previously determined by e-mail or telephone by the Ordering Party with a representative of the Contractor. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on legalized scales of the Ordering Party, located in the Ordering Party's plant and will be confirmed by a warehouse release document and confirmed by a waste transfer card generated in the BDO system. These documents will be the sole basis for determining the amount of waste collected and issuing a VAT invoice.

Documents related to the transfer of waste will be issued under legal requirements in this regard.

The Contractor shall each time confirm the amount of waste received for use on the BDO Waste Transfer Cards issued by the Contracting Authority.

The specific scope of the rights and obligations of the Contractor shall be governed by the Model Agreement (Annex No 1 to SWZ).
