This is a framework agreement related to the acquisition of vehicles, giving rise to subsequent contracts (Articles R2162-7 to R2162-12 of the French Public Procurement Code), the following regulatory provisions apply: Articles L2172-4, R2172-35, R2172-37, R2172-38 of the French Public Procurement Code, as well as the Order of 29 March 2019 on the terms and conditions for taking into account the energy and environmental impacts of motor vehicles in the award of public contracts. The framework agreement with no minimum and maximum amount is entered into pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the French Public Procurement Code. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). The services are divided into 6 lot(s)
