The contract concerns, on the one hand, the provision of data on France household purchases of foie gras and goose and duck confit for the years 2023, or even 2024, 2025, 2026, and on the other hand the dissemination of these

provision of information collected from a representative sample of households living in France and then extrapolated to track all household purchases of foie gras, goose and duck confit. Provision of quantitative data by nomenclature (quantities purchased, sums spent by households, average purchase price, number of buyers per nomenclature, number of purchases over the year studied, product penetration rate); according to distribution channels (generalist supermarkets and specific circuits); according to segmentation criteria (age, income class, socio-professional category, region, number of people at home, presence or absence of child(ren) at home).

The results are provided in the form of databases with a history of at least three non-rolling years.

The firm tranche relates to the provision of 2023 data, it starts from its notification to the holder and ends on 30 June 2024
