The subject of the order is the collection of transportation and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the area of Żarki Municipality and from the Selective Receipt of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) located at 61b Myszkowska Street in Żarki.

In terms of the order is the collection and transport of solid municipal waste transferred by the owners of the property:

1) inhabited, single-family housing, including dual-purpose housing in this housing, and multi-housing housing,

2) real estate on which summer houses are located, or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year, and municipal waste from Żarki commune is generated on them,

3) operation of the Selective Waste Collection Point and selective collection points of expired medicines, needles and syringes, chemicals, and points of spent batteries and small batteries,

I. The Contractor will be obliged to collect the following fractions of municipal waste from properties located in the municipality of Żarki:1. mixed (unsegregated) municipal waste ,2. glass and packaging of glass,3. paper and cardboard, packaging of paper and cardboard, 4. metals and packaging from metal,5. plastics, plastic packaging, multi-plant packaging,6. slag and ash from combustion processes,7. biodegradable waste (biowaste), including green waste,8. furniture and other large-size waste within street collection, 9. these tires,10. consumed electrical and electronic equipment. II. The Contractor shall be required to receive the following fractions of municipal waste from point-selective waste collection:1. glass and packaging of glass 2. paper and paperboard, packaging of paper and cardboard, 3. metals and packaging of metal,4. plastics, plastic packaging, multi-plant packaging,5. slag and ash derived from combustion processes,6. furniture and other large-size wastes,7. textiles, clothes,8. consumed tyres,9. construction and demolition wastes,10. consumed electrical and electronic equipment 1. hazardous waste arising in households i.e. expired medicines, needles and syringes, chemicals, paints, plant protection products, detergents, fluorescent lamps/bulbs, 12. Batteries and batteries,

13. Biodegradable waste (biowaste), including green waste.III. Bags provided for the collection of waste: — blue — paper and cardboard — 75,000 pcs., — green — glass — 100,000 pcs., — yellow — plastic, metal, multi-plant packaging — 285,000 pcs., — brown — biodegradable waste including green waste — 80,000 pcs IV. Equipment with containers of the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) located wŻarkach, Myskowska Street 61b.V. Frequency of receiving individual fractions of municipal wastes.1. mixed and biowaste) single-family development property — from April to October — once every 2 weeks, remaining monthly, (b) from multi-scale development — from April to October — once a week, remaining period once every 2 weeks, (c) cottages — once a month; 2. segregated: (a) single-family property — once a month, b) multi-scale development — from April to October — once every two weeks, c) summer cottages — once a month.VI Frequency of receiving waste from the point of selective waste collection — after each notification, need to empty the container.
