Offering of audit services to AL2housing
The contracting entity provides its need for statutory auditing, including financial auditing of accounts and management audits under the relevant legislation.
Furthermore, contracting provides its need for additional benefits in the form of audit of construction accounts, side activities, housing social projects and those to a housing organization special alerts to public authorities, as well as other related ad hoc advice.
The audit task covers all under the contracting accounts and accounting areas and in accordance with the General Housing Act and the Operating Ordinance requirements for the financial reporting of general housing organizations.
As part of the audit task, the bidder must also offer statutory audits for the related housing companies Skovlund, Albertsvænge, Majvænget, Favrskov and Engen. The services offered for the associated companies are offered as options where the individual housing company has a right but not a duty to make use of the option. Contracting entities will decide on whether the options will be applied or lapsed.
Contracting entities have chosen not to offer separate sub-agreements. Contracting entities, based on economic conditions, have estimated that more advantageous prices can be achieved with a total contract. For the quality and coherence of the overall tendered task, the appropriate one contract is assessed, as well as a breakdown, based on a market relationship is not deemed to allow additional companies — including SMEs — to offer.
